The year 2018 was marked by a mild, rainy winter, followed by a warm spring and a particularly sunny summer. These conditions led to an early harvest beginning on 27 August and an abundant harvest.
This allowed for the production of an intense red wine, which was blended to create a delicious rosé.
Our rosé is distinguished by its freshness and fruitiness. Far from being overly sweet, it pairs well with fruity desserts as well as more intense flavours such as chocolate.
