The 2019 harvest was a complex year, marked by contrasting weather conditions. After a relatively dry winter and spring, the vines experienced a scorching summer and prolonged drought. Despite these conditions, the grapes ripened quickly, allowing the harvest to begin on 1 September.
Anthologie stands out for its freshness and fruitiness. Far from being overly sweet, it pairs well with fruity desserts as well as more intense flavours such as chocolate.
